d. Three Sea Captains
The Answers:
1. - b. Irish dance judges can actually take points off if your socks fall down, so we use sock glue to prevent that. No one wants to look sloppy!:)
2. - b. I did not make this word up! Our Oireachtas is in Philidelphia over Thanksgiving weekend. Spellcheck doesn't seem to think "Oireachtas" is a word. Humph. They're wrong. :)
3. - a. I have never done "the bunny".
4. - c. "Emerald Isle" is a nickname of Ireland, but it isn't a traditional set.
I guessed, and got one right: number 2! I guess the sock glue is made to wash off easily or something? :)
ReplyDeleteYes, it's made to wash off. It feels funny the first few times to take off socks that stick to your legs!!
